"To anyone reading this: I had an awesome experience at the Palm Beach Broward Motorsport location.
Until I got to the actual/physical paperwork process, I dealt with Rob over the phone. As for the actual Paperwork: Rob stayed late - - meeting me after hours (7:30pm) - - so we could complete the paperwork. Now that's dedication to Customer Service!!!
From beginning to end, Rob has been extremely Prompt, Knowlegable, Helpful and Professional. I myself am in 'Sales.' I also happen to manage other Sales People. So I fully appreciate and admire Rob's 'Level 10' Customer Service!!! Let's put it this way: based on my great experience; knowing what I know now and given the opportunity, 'I would hire Rob immediately!!!' I hope Rob's Boss reads this and realizes that he has a truly valuable employee on his team.
Though I was looking for one bike in particular, Rob made sure to show me all options before we closed the deal. As for the deal itself, let me put it this way: I had a deposit on a similar bike at a competing dealer, but I (obviously) accepted Rob's deal because it was simply too good to pass up.

"I just purchased a 2007 Harley Davidson Sportster 1200cc from your West Palm Beach location. First of all I have to commend Colin Sperandio in sales. He is truley an assett to your business there. I had no intentions on buying a motorcycle when I visited your showroom. I was just looking around to compare prices and get a feel for the market. Colin came up and was just so pleasant to talk to he explained everything to us, broke down the differences in bike types and I did not feel any pressure from him to purchase which is a huge turn off for me. The dealership is so clean and that coupled with price and colin's disposistion is the reason that I purchased from you. I also have to comment about Javier Perez in parts he took a good deal of time to work with me to find the appropriate helmet style, riding boots etc. He was very patient and knowledgeable about the material and make up of the helmets and boots. "I am the proud new owner of a '11 ZX10R. Gotta give a shout out to Jessica for showing me all my options and helping me make the best decision. I was heart set on walking in there and driving off with the '11 Hayabusa but ran into some credit issues. Jessica explained that Suzuki wasn't willing to extend credit to me but Kawasaki was. She then had me sit on the ZX10R. I fell in love. She forwarded me some non bias articles and videos for me to read up on and research. Come to find out the ZX10R blows the Hayabusa out of the water. Thank you to Glenn in Financing and JJ the "big boss man" for helping me get this bike. Ross, AJ and Joe in the Showroom are awesome and know what they are talking about. I hadn't ridden in over a year and had lost my touch. They gave me some instruction and helped remind me what i already knew and i was comfortable riding again in no time. Javier in parts knows his stuff. He isn't afraid to give his opinion and will back anything he says up with facts. He showed me the TwoBrothers black series M2 carbon fiber exhaust and explained the difference in sounds between TwoBros, Yoshi, Muzzy and akropovich. We decided for the sounds i was looking for and the look that the M2 would be the best fit. I have already recommended BMS to my friends who now want to ride just because i finally got my dream toy. The customer service was EXCELLENT from the whole crew. I will be back for future purchases. Thank you BMS."

"we recently came just LOOKING for a new bike I was greeted by Joseph Emanuele one of the sales guys, I told him I was just looking and he said are you looking for new or used,my wife said we where looking to trade are 03 in to something a little more sleaker, Joe showed us the many makes ,he then had me sit on the interstate and explained the features and bennifits, my wife fell in love with the clean, lines and style, we then sat down and i was now ready spare with him in reguards to price and trade, he had JJ look at my trade,i had a price in my head and thought he was going to low ball it HE didn;t matter of fact they where quiet fair, well WE BOUGHT the bike and loving it, is SO refreshing to to deal with an honest sales person, before this i would not have put those to subjects in the same sentence, lol we WILL back for all repairs, thanks joe will recommend you to all are freinds, MR broward Motorsports(owner) i wonder if you know how LUCKY you are to have an assit like Joe Emanuele we do!!!!"

"Our salesman, A.J. was great. We were very disappointed in the lack of a sidestand on the Honda Elite 110 which we purchased. They make one in Europe and Asia for a Honda Lead 110 (the exact same scooter) which comes with a side stand or you can order it over there, BUT, not in the US. I think it is the dealers responsibility to order them from Honda and make them available. We now have to buy one for a Rukus and adapt it (not easy). Other than that we love the Honda Elite 110- it exceeds all our expectations...very happy with it."

"I bought my 2009 vulcan 900 used-- private party , the starter
was going bad so I brought my bike to the west palm beach location, I asked to speak with JJ the general manager, he took me back to the service department ,they helped me transfer the extended warranty into my name and ordered a new starter from Kawasaki . the starter came in and Robert the service writter called me ---I was there in 30 minutes!!
they took my bike in right away, in 45 minutes I was on the road. Richard and Ted were the technicians who worked on my bike---very good work--very good service and covered by the GOOD TIME PROTECTION PLAN so no cost to me!

"I bought a used 2009 kawasaki 900 custom from a private party-the starter was starting to go bad,so I broght my bike to the west palm beach location. I ask to speak to JJ the general manager, he took me back to the service dept. "I walked into Broward Motorsports on 09/02/11 looking at cruiser motorcycles. I was approached by salesman, Joe Emanuele. Joe advised he was eager to show me the cruisers the dealership was selling. I looked at the Boulevard M109R and asked several questions about the motorycycle. Joe not only answered all my questions in a very detailed manner, but he also was very sincere & most importantly HONEST. Having a salesman like Joe, was very refreshing because in my opinion salesman only pretend to be good people. "Thanks to Joe Emanuel i was able to get a Kawasaki Ninja 250. At first i wasn't able to get it. I was stuck with the Honda CBR 250. Although its a great bike, it wasn't the one i wanted. But it was the only one i was able to get. So i had given up on the Ninja. I put a down payment on the CBR and was awaiting its arrival. But Joe was not satisfied, and decided to keep trying for me. In the end i got my desired bike, and was sent on my way with a extensive knowledge of it thanks to Joe. He demonstrated PERFECT customer service! "As a die hard Harley Fan whom is getting older everyday
I was reluctantly looking for something different than the way over priced Harley. I bought a 2011 Honda Fury from Broward Motorsports.From the salesman Matt,the Finanace manager Glen were great from start to finish.
The Fury Is a awsume Bike I drove it home and read the owners manual to my surprise and shock I found out that the Fury has a 322 pound weight limit, which made it impossible to take my wife with me on the bike. I loved the Fury it is well built and well designed, It had some crappy welds around the neck and it has plenty of cheap chrome plated plastic all over the bike. but for the price
this is one very nice factory chopper that rides way better than any of my old harleys.
I am sure that even if I overloaded this bike with 150 pounds over the limit that I probably would have never had a problem.However I would not be able to live with my self if my wife got hurt riding a overloaded bike.
If I had the money I would have just bought two of these Furys so my wife would have one for herself.
I was afraid that I was going to be stuck with the Fury
But I worried for nothing I worked with Sal, Glen and Matt
and we just hashed out a new deal on the ST1300.
They gave me a better interest rate that I had on the Fury.
They did tell me that I was getting a great deal on my new ST 1300 however I dont think I got a great deal
I got a fair deal considering my credit and low down payment that I had.
I was told that i could have got a better deal though a different dealer, but I would not change one thing about my sales experiance. I thought I was in for a battle and I was sure I was going to get the shaft. But instead I got the same professional service that I got Buying the Fury
through this mishap both Broward Motorsports and I learned a Valuable lesson when buying a Motorcycle find the Vehicle weight and the Gross Vehicle weight.
Before you get you heart set on a Motorcycle.
As far as the ST 1300 WOW what a Bad a** Motorcycle
by far the best quality Motorcycle I have ever owned.
Will I ever buy a New Harley again? Yes once Broward Motorsports sells them. Will I ever let my New Honda ST1300 go? sure if someone can get the bike loose from my cold dead hands.

They not only killed the dealers around my house as far as tire prices but there service and the people are top notch also. I drove 3 hours from south Miami (on a bald tire cause mapquest gave me messed up directions) but other than that I will drive there in the future to get my parts and oil.
